Shipping Policy

Local

Your order can take up to 5 working days from date of purchase. As most of your orders will arrive within 3 working days after the purchase, there are situations where SingPost encounter delays due to festive seasons and such, which may affect delivery timing. Kindly note that it is not possible to specify a specific date of delivery and it is up to SingPost to arrange for delivery. Also note that SingPost delivery dates are from Mondays - Fridays.

International

We will ship all orders via SingPost Speedpost Air Parcel for all international shipping. The shipping rate will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order based on the weight of the items and shipping address submitted at Checkout. Shipments are subject to prevailing fuel surcharge and global security surcharge by SingPost. For a rough estimation of the postage, you can refer to the chart below. Be sure to sign the acknowledgement form SingPost when you have received the item. This is to notify us that you have received the item.SingPost’s Air Parcel service charges by weight and destination, therefore, the diagram below shows the zone areas of the individual countries that we are able to ship to.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Shipping charges do not include custom duties, levies or taxes (if any) that may be levied by the destination country. We will not be responsible for any such tariffs, customs restrictions, customs clearance, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of Singapore. We are required by law to state the content and full value of the shipment. As such it is your responsibility to pay any charges/taxes levied by the relevant authorities and observe the respective regulations of the country in which you receive our items. We recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information.

Undeliverable Products

Please ensure that all information provided - including your contact details and shipping addresses are complete and accurate, as any inaccuracies or incomplete information can lead to delays. An order shipment cannot be delivered because of lapses in information provided. Therefore, the items you ordered will be returned to us in Singapore.

Insurance

We will check each item before it is packed for shipping to ensure that it is in good condition and not defective and therefore, once we have shipped the item to you, the risk of loss and/or damage of the purchased item passes to you. As the risk of loss or damage will pass to you after we have dispatched the item(s), it is important to highlight that the shipped items are not insured as the price for the items do NOT include any insurance coverage. You must therefore inform us via email prior to shipment if you wish to pay for insurance coverage, and we will then advise you accordingly.
